Ordering our furniture Without any doubt you understand that this site is not about ordering a piece of furniture, which more or less at the same time leaves the factory to be delivered. No, we expect you to have some patience. The furniture is only made on command. Sometimes you will be lucky and it will be your turn right away. Sometimes - may be - you are not lucky and you will have to wait a few months. All the pieces on this site are made artisanally, so not in a continuous production process, let alone an assembly line! Adaptations All pieces are individually fabricated in a small workshop. When ready, they are numbered (once legible, once hidden). When delivered, you will get a certificate of originality, signed by Aristos. Thanks to this artisanal production process, we have the opportunity to make adaptation to the end result. You can ask for adaptation per quantity you order, or even per individuel piece. You could propose another color composition, e.g.. We do on the other hand advise you, not to do this for individual items when money plays an important role. Of course we are willing to carry out your commands, but be aware of the additional costs. In any case: let's have a good mail and telephonic contact before jumping to orders! We want you to be content and that not only the first week, but also in the years following delivery! Procedure of ordering and payment The procedure is most simple. You make a provisional addition on the basis of the table below (a pro forma invoice). In this sum of course shipment and desired adaptations are not calculated. For that we need to have a personal contact by mail and/or phone. If we agree, we send you a detailed invoice by mail and discuss the delivery date. As soon as you confirm our provisional invoice, you pay fifty percent of the total amount and only then your command has become our pleasure. The other fifty percent you pay on delivery.
